WORKOUT SESSIONS

For Groups

Group training sessions are broken down by age, skill, and position. The goal of these workouts is to maximize each player's game-type reps - shooting, ball handling, attacking the basket, etc. Each workout contains a certain focus and emphasis that translates directly to the court. Grab a group of friends and lets improve together!

FOR Individuals

These personalized workouts are done in a one-on-one setting and are completely centered around the individual's position and skill set. Individual sessions will include specific skills and drills to help each player maximize his or her potential and success rate on the court. During an individual session, players can expect to be challenged - both mentally and physically, as both are important for their individual development.

CLINICS & CAMPS

Clinics

NextLevel is very active in hosting development clinics throughout the year. Our clinics involve a great combination of basketball, and basketball-specific strength and conditioning training. In addition to a high quantity of game-speed reps, each clinic will have some sort of organized competition. The various scrimmages and games allow the players to apply the skills and knowledge that was presented to them during the clinic. The games also give the players a chance to compete with and against one another!

Camps

We will be hosting developmental camps during school vacations and breaks. Each camp will run for 2-5 days and will encompass every aspect of our philosophy. A Next Level camp is a great time for players to improve their skills, strength, conditioning, and most importantly their relationships with one another. We look to make our camps as educational as possible - both on and off the court, while also having a great time playing the game of basketball!
