Advanced footwork & playmaking skills

FREE drop-in for open gyms ($5)***

Boys, Grades 7-8

Monday / Wednesday, 5:30-7:30pm
Starts: Monday, July 30
Ends: Wednesday, August 29

Full Program: $300 (20-hours)
Drop-in: $40

Boys, Grades 4-6

Monday / Wednesday, 5:30-7pm
Starts: Monday, July 30
Ends: Wednesday, August 29

Full Program: $225 (15-hours)
Drop-in: $30

Boys, Grades 9-12

Tuesday / Thursday, 5:30-7:30pm

Workouts will be made up of:

  • on-court skill development
  • basketball specific strength and conditioning
  • structured on-court competition (1v1, 2v2, 3v3)

2018 Individual / Small Group Training

Registration: Individual / Small Group Registration

  • One-session: $50
  • 5-session package: $225
    • with weight room: $350
  • 10-session package: $400
    • with weight room: $600

TRAINERS INCLUDE: Zach O'Brien, Scot Vachon, Phil Bourassa, Elbie Murphy, Jordan Tripp

Packages will include a mix of small group (1-4 players) and individual workouts. Players will be placed in small groups by NLA coaches. Small groups will consist of players in similar age groups and with similar skill sets. On-court workouts will run 60-65 minutes.

Players that choose the weight room addition will get a 45-min strength & conditioning workout before/after each session.
